Just like the body, the soul needs nourishment.  There are many groups that help us to grow on our spiritual journey as Adult Christians.

"May Christ dwell in your hearts through faith and may charity be the root and foundation of your life.  Thus your will be able to grasp fully the love which surpasses all knowledge." Eph. 3:17-18
